Mack Redesigns PartsASIST to Speed Parts Ordering
Mack Trucks says the refreshed PartsASIST platform adds faster search, real-time inventory visibility, order tracking, and VIN-based fleet filtering for customers and dealers.

Mack Reworks Its Parts Portal
Mack Trucks has redesigned PartsASIST, its online parts-ordering platform for customers and dealers, with a faster interface and more tools aimed at keeping repair and maintenance work moving.
The platform first launched in 2021 and gives Mack truck owners 24/7 access to Genuine Mack Parts, All Makes products, Road Choice, and DEX Heavy Duty Parts catalogs through one online storefront.
What the Update Adds
The refreshed version adds a modernized interface, faster search, expanded product pages, order-management tools, and real-time warehouse-level inventory visibility. Mack also added filtering by chassis series, VIN, and unit name, which should matter to fleets managing multiple trucks and specs across locations.
The order dashboard now includes better filtering, related-order linking, and simplified request-for-quote workflows. The platform continues to connect customers with the Mack dealer network across the U.S. and Canada, with account access to special pricing, fleet-specific part numbers, and promotional offers.
Why It Matters for Uptime
Parts ordering is rarely the headline issue in fleet maintenance, but it is often where downtime gets longer. A cleaner parts workflow can help maintenance teams confirm availability, reduce wrong-part orders, and keep dealer communication from turning into a string of calls and emails.
